Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skip Workout, operated by KTA Digital LLC (“Skip Workout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including skipworkout.com, our emails, free challenges, paid subscriptions, and related services.
By accessing or using Skip Workout, creating a subscription, or purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Skip Workout.
Fitness and Medical Disclaimer
Skip Workout provides general fitness, exercise, movement, and educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized medical or healthcare services.
Exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program if you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, concerns about your ability to exercise safely, or have been advised to seek medical guidance before exercising.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Skip Workout may offer free and paid subscription services. Current subscription options, prices, and billing intervals are displayed at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price and any applicable taxes at each renewal.
Prices may change in the future. Any price change applicable to an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the subscription-management options provided with the service.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you will continue to have access to your paid subscription through the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.
For example, canceling an annual subscription does not ordinarily terminate access immediately; it prevents the subscription from renewing for another annual term.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used monthly or annual subscription periods.
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or other situations we determine appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Free Offers and Promotions
We may offer free challenges, trials, promotions, referral benefits, or other offers. Eligibility, duration, benefits, and other conditions may vary and may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.
Your Account and Communications
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to the email address associated with your subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to receive emails necessary to provide the Skip Workout service. You may also receive promotional communications where permitted by law. Promotional emails may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
Acceptable Use
You may use Skip Workout only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Skip Workout content without our written permission.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, email systems, payment systems, or other services.
Intellectual Property
Skip Workout's website, emails, written challenges, branding, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to KTA Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your subscription provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual responses to exercise and physical activity vary. Skip Workout does not guarantee any particular fitness, health, weight, strength, appearance, performance, or other result.
Assumption of Risk
By choosing to participate in activities presented through Skip Workout, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You voluntarily choose whether to participate and accept responsibility for your participation, subject to rights and protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KTA Digital LLC and Skip Workout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Third-Party Services
Skip Workout relies on third-party providers for services such as email delivery, website functionality, subscription management, and payment processing. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify Skip Workout, add or remove features, or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
